This program brings hands-on STEAM learning into government schools where it matters most. We create active Maker STEAM & Robotics Labs and support teachers to lead practical, project-based learning that builds creativity, curiosity, problem-solving, and student confidence.

The Maker STEAM & Robotics Labs program was designed to address the lack of practical, hands-on STEAM learning in many government schools. It combines active learning spaces with teacher support, student engagement, and clear pathways for regular use. Our goal is not just exposure, but meaningful STEAM learning that is experiential, engaging, and sustained over time.
Through this program, we:
These labs become regular learning spaces where exploration, experimentation and creation are part of everyday school life.
The Impact
Our Maker STEAM & Robotics Labs are reshaping how students and teachers in government schools experience science, technology, and innovation.
Thousands of students are now conducting real experiments instead of just reading about them.
Foundational science and math skills are stronger, and more students are attempting higher-order problem solving.
Regular mentoring and peer circles are helping teachers integrate STEAM activities into daily lessons.
More girls are enrolling in and leading STEAM projects, breaking long-held gender norms.
Students from our labs have showcased their projects at district and state-level exhibitions and won Inspire Manak Awards for innovations such as low-cost sanitary waste incinerators and eco-friendly water purifiers.
Attendance and retention rates have risen in schools with active STEAM Labs. School Management Committees have started contributing resources to maintain and upgrade the labs and teachers are collaborating across schools.
Our Maker STEAM & Robotics Labs are reshaping how students and teachers in government schools experience science, technology, and innovation. With the support of CSR partners such as Mahindra Susten, Dabur, and others, Ennoble has created active learning spaces in under-resourced schools where curiosity, experimentation, creativity, and project-based learning can thrive as part of everyday school life.
Prem Ahir, a student of Government Secondary School, Dhokavada, had always loved science but never had the space or tools to turn his ideas into reality. When Ennoble’s STEAM Lab trainer announced the MANAK Inspire Awards, Prem rolled up his sleeves and got going. He submitted his design for a low-cost sanitary waste incinerator in a matter of days. On 6 March 2025, his project was selected, making him the only student in his block to win the award.
Following the success of ZP School, Jalindher Nagar, Ennoble has taken the HMST Program to 12 other government schools, driving measurable improvements in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy, STEM participation, and local ownership. The next big milestone is to scale this transformation to 100 government schools across Pune district.
At the helm is National Award-winning teacher Shri Dattatray Ware (Ware Guruji), whose government school stands as a national model of excellence. With his mentorship, Ennoble is creating a movement of 100 government schools led by inspired teachers and equipped to drive transformation from within.
The model prioritizes empowerment over enforcement, trust over top-down mandates, and relationships over rules. By combining Ware Guruji’s pedagogy with scalable public systems and infrastructure, we are building a model that not only inspires but also replicates.
You can help unlock curiosity, confidence, and future-ready opportunities for children who have never had hands-on exposure to science and technology. By partnering with Ennoble, you can bring Maker STEAM & Robotics Labs, teacher support, and project-based learning to under-resourced schools, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of education in India.
