From Teacher’s Son to Education Visionary

Chirag Bhandari is the Founder and CEO of Ennoble Social Innovation Foundation.Chirag Bhandari

He leads Ennoble with a clear belief that every child deserves access to a safe, inspiring, and future-ready learning environment, regardless of the school they study in.

Growing up in Udaipur, where his mother taught in a government school, Chirag developed an early understanding of educational inequity and a lasting respect for the power of schools to shape lives.

At Ennoble, Chirag drives the organisation’s vision, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic direction. His work focuses on transforming under-resourced government schools through school infrastructure improvement, STEM education, competency-based learning, teacher enablement, and community participation.

Chirag brings a systems-first approach to social impact, aligning CSR partners, government stakeholders, schools, teachers, and communities around scalable education transformation.

His strength lies in converting complex school-level challenges into clear execution frameworks, measurable plans, and transparent delivery systems.

Under his leadership, Ennoble is building an accountable, evidence-led model for transforming public schools at scale. He has been instrumental in shaping district-scale programs that combine physical school transformation with long-term learning outcomes.

His leadership style is rooted in clarity, speed, ownership, discipline, and measurable impact.

Through Ennoble, Chirag is working to create public schools that become spaces of dignity, opportunity, and meaningful learning for every child.

Message from the Founder

“Lovable Schools aren’t a dream. They’re our collective commitment.”

Education is not merely about literacy. It is about dignity, possibility, and the values a nation chooses to pass on through its schools.

At Ennoble, we believe lasting transformation begins when schools are seen as places where human potential is nurtured every day.

It’s not built on scale alone but built with care and commitment. Every classroom we restore, every teacher we empower, every child who smiles a little brighter reminds us that change doesn’t need to feel distant. It just needs to be human.

India’s future is sitting in its classrooms. Let us build schools worthy of it.
