Nearly 90% of a child’s brain develops in the first five years of life, yet for many children across India, this crucial period unfolds in spaces that are neither safe nor stimulating enough to support healthy development. Through our Model Anganwadi Transformation Program, we reimagine anganwadis into nurturing environments that support early learning, growth, and care.

Across India, millions of children spend their early years in cramped rooms with broken toys, dim lighting, and little to spark imagination. Anganwadis are meant to be the starting point of education. Yet too often, they are treated as an afterthought.
At Ennoble, we believe early learning spaces deserve the same dignity and design as schools. By transforming these centres, we’re giving every child a head start that nurtures health and curiosity from day one.
Each Model Anganwadi is designed to support a child’s holistic development through:
Bright, ventilated classrooms with safe flooring, playful wall art, storage for learning aids, and shaded outdoor spaces for play.
Functional toilets, handwashing areas, and clean drinking water built within the premises.
Dedicated kitchen corners, storage for ration and utensils, and spaces that allow caregivers to work comfortably and safely.
Interactive, colourful zones for storytelling, music, numeracy, and fine motor skill activities that build readiness for school.
Involving parents and local volunteers to maintain and celebrate these spaces, creating shared pride and responsibility.
Our Model Anganwadi Infrastructure program is already proving how a nurturing environment can change early learning outcomes.
Increased attendance and enrollment of children aged 3–5.
Teachers report higher engagement, focus, and joy during sessions.
Health and hygiene have improved with access to clean water and toilets.
Communities feel a renewed sense of ownership and pride in their local centres.
When Ennoble first visited the Oriental Anganwadi, it had one dedicated teacher, 32 children, and very little support. The teacher, despite her disability, walked nearly a kilometre every day just to fetch water for the toddlers.
With the support of Badshah Masala Pvt. Ltd. (A Dabur Enterprise), we rebuilt the space from the ground up, adding clean water facilities, safe play zones, and vibrant learning corners.
Today, attendance has increased by over 30%. Children now learn and play in a safe, nurturing space, and the teacher, free from the challenges of fetching water, is finally able to focus on teaching and caring for young minds. The centre now stands as one of five model anganwadis transformed by Ennoble.
Following the success of ZP School, Jalindher Nagar, Ennoble has taken the HMST Program to 12 other government schools, driving measurable improvements in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy, STEM participation, and local ownership. The next big milestone is to scale this transformation to 100 government schools across Pune district.
At the helm is National Award-winning teacher Shri Dattatray Ware (Ware Guruji), whose government school stands as a national model of excellence. With his mentorship, Ennoble is creating a movement of 100 government schools led by inspired teachers and equipped to drive transformation from within.
The model prioritizes empowerment over enforcement, trust over top-down mandates, and relationships over rules. By combining Ware Guruji’s pedagogy with scalable public systems and infrastructure, we are building a model that not only inspires but also replicates.
Early childhood is where everything begins, yet millions of children lack access to spaces that truly support their growth. Partner with us in our journey to reimagine Anganwadis as vibrant, safe, and engaging environments that nurture learning, health, and overall development from the very start.
